We were feeling inspired to make a yummy, easy, and healthy energy bites that the whole family can enjoy, and ours loved these! They’re quick and easy to make, and with our other barre body approved recipes, you should have most, if not all of the ingredients on hand! Enjoy these superfood and super healthy, delicious, and nutritious energy bites! Don’t hesitate, enjoy two at a time, you won’t be able to stop at just one! And you can feel guilt-free about your healthy snack too! We hope you love this as much as we do! ENJOY! Xoxo


*1 cups oats or gluten free oats

*3/4 cup almond butter (or nut butter choice)

*1/4 cup ground flaxseeds

*1/4 cup chia seeds

*2 TBSP honey

*1/2 cup optional add-ins: we used 1/4 cup raisins and 1/4 cup chopped chocolate chips

**optional add-ins: dried fruit, chopped chocolate, mini chocolate chips, cocoa nibs, etc.

(you can do any “add-ins” you desire or not even add anything at all!)


1.Place all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine everything.

2.Place in the fridge to chill for about 20-30 minutes.

3.Once chilled, roll into bite size (about 1 inch) bites and ENJOY! (store in an airtight container in the fridge)
