We are your premier barre & Pilates based fitness studio featuring our signature True Barre® method and the best classes including Barre, Pilates, Kickboxing, Yoga, HIITY, Dance, Restore, Express classes and so much more, that will give you the results you desire, while having the best hour of your day! Our dreams started with a love for health and fitness and a desire to share our love with everyone around us! We wanted to create a place and environment that you can’t wait to be at every single day! A place that feels like home, where you are our family!

   Our story began with a simple yet powerful idea: to create more than just a fitness studio, but rather a sanctuary where individuals can embark on a transformative journey to health, mind & body connection, and overall well-being. True Barre® is more than a place to workout, it is a place for where everyone finds support, solace, love, strength, and inspiration on their path to personal health and and wellness! And it all started with Lynda and Sami, your owners and powerhouse mother daughter duo! Within our team we bring so much to table for you! We specialize in fitness, barre, Pilates, yoga, HIIT, special modifications, pre and post natal, and so much more. Our dream was to have a studio that gave it all!

     True Barre® is not a barre & Pilates studio or fitness facility that may feel intimidating and unapproachable. True Barre is a community of real people (moms, grandmas, dads, dancers, people who have never danced in their lives, students, fitness junkies, those that have never worked out and now love working out, and so many more) who all come together to have the best hour and to experience more than just a fitness class. Yes you will get an awesome and kick booty workout with us and we will always challenge you and push you the exact place you need! And along with that you also get the time for yourself to feel supported and loved, shut off the outside world, and get the mind body soul connection that is just for you!
